Or another stakeholder who realizes that the sustainable choices you make for your company depend on the choices of other companies, organizations, or legislation?

Are you looking for a way to be part of a learning ecosystem and want to professionalize your employees in working within it while gaining access to the latest approaches, knowledge, data, and products? Or have you been tasked by the government with a mandate and don't know where to start to find a solution?

Join our Learning Communities and collaborate with students from vocational (MBO), higher professional (HBO), and academic (WO) education, as well as teachers, researchers, and partners, to create integrated sustainable solutions for the future.

As a stakeholder in a Learning Community, you commit to co-creation sessions and student mentorship. This means you will:

  • Participate in three co-creation sessions every ten weeks, each lasting two hours.

  • Provide guidance to students throughout the project.

  • Commit approximately ten hours of your organization’s time over nineteen weeks, equivalent to about one hour per week.

 

Participation in a Learning Community is based on reciprocity. You contribute your knowledge and expertise and gain valuable insights and results in return. As a stakeholder, you gain access to a diverse network of professionals and students, innovative solutions for your challenges, and the opportunity to directly influence ongoing initiatives.

How Can You Participate?

Joining an Existing Learning Community:

Join an ongoing project and bring your unique perspective and expertise. You can directly influence current initiatives and collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and students.

Submitting a Challenge:

Does your organization have a specific challenge that requires innovative solutions? Submit your problem statement and collaborate with us to form a new Learning Community. We will ensure the right match of students, teachers, and other experts to work together on your challenge.

Richtlijnen voor deelname als stakeholder

Als stakeholder speelt u een actieve rol in de learning community. Dit betekent dat u:

  • Deelneemt aan cocreatiesessies;

  • Uw kennis en expertise deelt;

  • Uw belangen behartigt binnen projecten;

  • Studenten helpt die vragen hebben.

Cocreatiesessies zijn bijeenkomsten van ongeveer twee uur waarin stakeholders, studenten en docenten samenwerken. Per project (duur: 10 weken) vinden doorgaans twee tot drie cocreatiesessies plaats:

  1. Startsessie: Gericht op ideegeneratie en probleemdefinitie.

  2. Eindpresentatie: De student presenteert de resultaten en stakeholders kunnen vragen stellen.

  3. (Optioneel) Extra sessie: Indien nodig voor aanvullende kennisuitwisseling.

 

Deelname vraagt een tijdsinvestering van 10 tot 15 uur per 10 weken.
 

Richtlijnen voor projecten in de learning community

Naast deelname aan bestaande projecten kunt u ook zelf een project aandragen. In dat geval:

  • Wordt ongeveer 1 tot 2 maanden vóór de start een kennismakingsgesprek gepland;

  • Tijdens dit gesprek maakt u kennis met de student en licht u het project toe;

  • De student kan vragen stellen en samen stelt u de definitieve projectomschrijving vast.

Zo zorgen we ervoor dat elk project een duidelijke focus heeft en aansluit bij zowel de leerdoelen van de student als uw belangen als stakeholder. De student zal vervolgens gedurende een bepaalde periode aan het project werken. Uw begeleiding is hierbij van groot belang. In de eerste week zal de student een overleg met u plannen om de start van het project officieel in te luiden. Gedurende de uitvoering van het project vinden er wekelijkse of tweewekelijkse voortgangsgesprekken plaats, waarin de student zijn of haar vorderingen bespreekt en eventuele uitdagingen worden besproken.


Gemiddeld vergt de begeleiding van een studentproject circa één uur per week. Na afloop van het project kunt u gebruikmaken van het onderzoeksrapport en, indien gewenst, nieuwe studentprojecten initiëren.
