STROOM - Alphen
A second Learning Community is being established on Curaçao with a focus on “the healthy neighborhood.” The focus of this LC is on mapping and improving the health of the inhabitants of Curaçao. The poorer section of the population in particular suffers from obesity and a lack of opportunities for healthy activities. This theme can be interpreted very broadly, so to get a better idea, below is an overview of the themes that fall under this LC.
During these projects, you will travel to Curaçao for a period of approximately 2–3 months (flexible). The University of Curaçao will act as your client while you collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders throughout the project.
In Benthuizen wordt onderzocht hoe een lokale energiegemeenschap slimmer energie kan delen. Studenten analyseren energiegebruik en -opwek van meerdere objecten, simuleren scenario’s met o.a. opslag en extra opwek, en adviseren hoe lokaal energiemanagement kan leiden tot efficiënter, betaalbaar en robuust energiegebruik.
Deze opdracht richt zich op kleinverbruikers op bedrijventerrein ITC die vastlopen door netcongestie. Door gesprekken, inventarisatie en analyse worden hun energiebehoeften en knelpunten in kaart gebracht, met als doel hen te ondersteunen bij haalbare technische, organisatorische en financiële oplossingen.
Over STROOM
Wij geloven dat verandering begint bij samenwerking. Vanuit onze visie bouwen we aan een regio waar leren, werken en innoveren samenkomen. STROOM is ontstaan uit het Energietransitiehuis Groene Hart en groeit nu verder als netwerk dat doet in plaats van praat.
