Insightful Partner Day on LC results!

Last month, we brought together all our programme stakeholders, educators, companies, researchers, teachers, students and other partners, for a day of knowledge sharing, co-creation and networking around the future of our Learning Communities. Here are some of the outcomes!

🔹 In the co-creation centered around the experience of companies, we uncovered a shared value system: from sustainability to purpose, innovation, collaboration, and the development of (young) talent. It was clear that our stakeholders care deeply about meaningful learning and long-term impact.

🔹 The second co-creation focused on the role of educators. The message was loud and clear: to truly embed Learning Communities, we need to give teachers time, guidance, and visibility; and reward student participation structurally.

🔹 In the last session, we explored how to better connect knowledge institutes. We found strength in interdisciplinarity and real-life assignments, but also acknowledged time and coordination as key challenges.
